1. Returns & Replacements

1.1 Eligible Cases

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item, size, or quantity), or

  • The product is materially different from its description on our website (e.g., missing parts), or

  • The product is expired or close to expiry where an expiry date is applicable.

1.2 Reporting Timeline

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To initiate a request, email us with:

  • Order Number

  • Product name

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

1.3 Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all seals, tags, accessories, and invoice intact

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply deductions.

1.4 Resolution

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

  • Exchanges for different products will be treated as new orders.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, at our discretion.

2.2 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection and approval.

  • Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • Otherwise, shipping or convenience charges may be deducted from the refund.


3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us immediately with your Order Number.

3.2 After Dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and the return process will apply instead.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or signs of use

  • Certain health, wellness, hygiene, or personal-care items

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page

The following do not qualify for return or refund once opened or used:

  • Change of mind

  • Size/fit issues (unless wrongly dispatched)

  • Taste, flavour, or texture preferences


5. Return Process

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with Order Number and photos.

  2. If approved, we will share return instructions or arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

  3. Pack the product securely with original contents and retain proof of dispatch.

  4. After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection and process the refund or replacement accordingly.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect the package at delivery. If damaged or tampered, refuse delivery or inform the courier immediately.

  • Retain invoices, packaging, and tags until you are sure you will keep the product.

  • For valid returns due to our error, shipping costs are covered by us; otherwise, return shipping may be charged.


7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version published on our website will be applicable from its effective date.
